Katherine Feenan’s professional career began on Parliament Hill. Over the years she spent on “The Hill,” she was fortunate enough to work in various capacities for a number of political leaders, including the prime minister of Canada and the member of Parliament for Vancouver Centre.

After spending a few years working in the private and non-profit sectors in Toronto and Vancouver, her passion for politics and interest in international affairs led her overseas. With the National Democratic Institute, Katherine served as an election analyst, observer and trainer in the country of Georgia and in Algeria. She has also observed elections in Ukraine with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.

If life in the political world has taught her anything, it’s to approach projects in a task-oriented and collaborative manner; skills she brings to her work at PPF.

Katherine holds an MA in Comparative Ethnic Conflict from Queen’s University Belfast, Northern Ireland. She completed her BA in Political Science at the University of Victoria.

Katherine joined PPF in 2018.
