Rodrigo Barbosa
Policy Associate
Rodrigo Barbosa is a political scientist with a passion for public policy, particularly policies with a social impact.
Before joining PPF, he served as a project coordinator in the non-profit sector in Ottawa, where he coordinated a city-wide program that aimed to further economic inclusion for newcomers.
In his native country of Colombia, Rodrigo worked as a public policy analyst and stakeholders manager for municipal government agencies in Bogota, the country’s national capital. He also worked as a journalist for magazines and research centres in Colombia.
Rodrigo holds a master’s degree in journalism from Universidad del Rosario and a degree in project management from Algonquin College.
Rodrigo joined PPF in 2022.
