Gail Burnett is an accomplished leader with more than 15 years of diverse Human Resource Management experience in the non-profit and private sectors. 

Before joining the Public Policy Forum, Gail led the HR initiatives at several organizations, most recently, at a non-profit which advocated for Indigenous women and girls, where she worked closely with the CEO and management team. 

Gail has also worked with the health care industry, the Conference Board of Canada for almost a decade and as an independent HR consultant where she supported organizations in all aspects of HR from recruitment to strategic planning to crisis management situations.

Gail leverages her skills and knowledge to help teams of all sizes identify and overcome their Human Resources challenges. 

Gail is an Executive Coach from Royal Roads University, she has a Master of Arts, Leadership (with a concentration in Organizational Development) from the University of Guelph and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. 

Gail joined PPF in 2023.
