AI is transforming how we work, but the productivity promise won’t happen organically. Leveraging the full potential of AI requires critical reflection on what this technology can and cannot do, and where AI tools can best be applied within our workflows.

AI Advantage is a synchronous online workshop offered in partnership with the Public Policy Forum (PPF), Mila – Quebec AI Institute, and AI education expert, Shingai Manjengwa. Through skills-focused presentations, interactive assignments, and personalized feedback, participants will learn how to leverage generative AI to support and enhance their workplace productivity.

Specifically designed for public servants, this hands-on workshop will equip participants with the skills to effectively connect AI tools to their workplace responsibilities. Recognizing the challenges that come with navigating new and rapidly evolving AI technologies, this workshop will provide actionable steps for public servants to self-reflect on their workflows and leverage AI in a responsible and impactful way.

When? January 23-24, 2025, 2-4pm

Where? Online, synchronous

AI Advantage is designed for participants interested in leveraging AI to improve their daily work, while considering the specific constraints around using generative AI in the public sector.
