Meet the 17 emerging leaders selected for the 2025-26 Action Canada Fellowship.
Action Canada and the Public Policy Forum are proud to introduce the 17 emerging leaders who have been selected for the 2025-26 Action Canada Fellowship: Terri Cardinal, Gigi Chang, Leif Douglass, Magnolia Perron, Sweta Daboo, Christopher Caputo, Jenny Albers, Maha Achkar, Nadia Green, Joseph Tootoosis, Rizwan Desai, Thomas Hannaford, Taylor Behn-Tsakoza, Fergus Linley-Mota, Rafaël Provost, Wilma Shim, and Jimmy Lou.
This year’s Action Canada Fellows come from a broad range of backgrounds, sectors and regions. The Fellows will spend the next 10 months exploring one of Canada’s most critical issues: climate resiliency.
Over the course of the Fellowship, the cohort will visit four different regions of the country to learn more about local policy challenges and opportunities, as well as distinct cultures, institutions, communities and economies. They will head to Charlottetown, P.E.I. for their first study tour on June 16-21, 2025.
