Changing the game: Public sector productivity in Canada

This paper is a summary of our research, interviews and roundtable discussions on how to apply efficiency and effectiveness in the public sector. It also provides examples of public sector productivity from other jurisdictions. The summary captures the views of project contributors on which opportunities the public sector should pursue in order to meet productivity objectives.
