Shaheen is a finance professional with a master’s degree in financial management and accountancy and has over six years of experience in accounts.

She began her career as an account and sales representative for a firm in Qatar. She swiftly progressed to an account administrator position at a large FMCG company in Kuwait, where she was responsible for recording financial transactions, creating monthly financial statements, managing accounts receivable and payable, and reconciling statements.

She is currently pursuing an MBA at Carleton University with a concentration in business analytics, where she is gaining functional expertise in analytics and finance. While working on many projects, she has also developed practical knowledge in financial analysis, including using different Excel models, comparative statements, and tableau visualization. While integrating data analytics skills with finance and accounts, she is working towards the completion of her professional experience with an internship at the Public Policy Forum.
