Lili Johanis is a policy and engagement professional with experience in government and private consultancy in London, England and Ottawa.
Before joining PPF, she led engagement programs at the London Borough of Hackney, supported clients with program design, research, and communications strategy at AND London, and worked with a federal agency in Ottawa. Her work focuses on designing inclusive programs that align participation with policy goals while building strong relationships with communities.
Lili joined PPF in 2025.
