Andrée Loucks joined the Public Policy Forum as a Research Associate after completing her Master’s Degree at Carleton University. Before returning to school, Andrée spent 5 years working in audit, risk, and management consulting for public sector clients, from which she gained an appreciation for Canada’s complex policy system. She brings that knowledge and project management experience to PPF, where she strives to translate policy dialogue and sound research into equitable and inclusive policy for a better Canada.
Andrée holds a Master’s of Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Indigenous Governance, and a Bachelor’s of Social Science in Conflict Studies and Human Rights.
Andrée joined PPF in May, 2018.
